Judges notes

Please note the following from our judging team:

Make sure to read all of these notes as they are very important to help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone involved!

  1. Judging is done on Saturday only.
  2. Judging starts 10 AM Saturday morning.
  3. Each judge has different classes they will be judging, so if a judge looks at the car next to you but not your car, he probably doesn't have your class.
  4. Each car will get a round colored sticker placed on their windshield, upper driver's side corner. Please leave this in place until Sunday.
  5. The judges have a limited amount of time. Because of that if you have to leave early and have not been judged we cannot accommodate you.
  6. At around 4 PM the judges will be on golf carts making sure all vehicles are judged. If you are not judged by 6 PM Saturday night, let them know at the main stage. We will be contacted and drive out to judge you vehicle.
  7. Convertible tops should be up (to make sure there is a top). T-tops, ideally one installed one out. In general anything that would normally be closed like a tonneau cover, deck lid, tailgate, etc. we would like to see open.
  8. If there is any information missing on your pre-printed windshield placard, fill out the a sharpie not pencil or pen. (its  hard to see on the dash with windshield glare)
  9. Place the placard on drivers windshield (inside or out). Its very hard to see in the middle of the dash.
  10. Stay until the end, because we pick the special awards (best paint, best engine, etc) as a group. And if we can't as a group look at your vehicle we will move on to a vehicles that have stayed.
